What's in a treat?

Meet rescue chow chow Charlie, True Blue Pet Treats' Chief Ambassador and Official Taste Tester. Like most chows, Charlie loves his food but is a frustratingly fussy eater.

Commercial pet food and treats just didn't cut it. We coaxed Charlie to eat his kibble with homemade toppers, which turned out to be a slippery slope to fully home-cooked meals, and finally, homemade treats from premium ingredients like tiger prawns and mussels.

The pet treats were a knockout success with Charlie, his cat mate Larry, and all the dogs on the block. And with that, True Blue Pet Treats was born.

Charlie is the driving force behind True Blue Pet Treats, with the direction of all our products guided by his finely tuned culinary aesthetic.

And this sleeping cat to the left is Larry, our Assistant Taste Tester. Charlie took Larry under his wing at the age of two weeks after discovering him abandoned in a bin. Larry has an innate understanding of the value of regular treats and naps, a core part of company culture here at True Blue Pet Treats.
